The Center sponsors cultural tours and study abroad workshops in several areas
of the world. This year, we will be offering workshops and excursions based in Cerro Azul, Veracruz, Mexico that will culminnate with the annual Huapanga Festival in nearby Amatlan.

Huapango Music and Dance Workshop
January 4-14, 2012
The huapango workshop, to be held in Cerro Azul and Amatlan, will focus on the traditional music, dance, and singing of the area. Excursions to local sites of interest including ancient pyramids, rural villages and ranches, and local markets.
