Workshop in Bali with
optional four-day cultural tour to Central Java
Departing from Los Angeles on June 27, the program takes place
from June 29 to July 14 at Flower
Mountain in Bali, with an optional extension in Central Java
from July 15-18. On July 13 and 14, participants will take part
in the Payangan Festival, near Flower Mountain.
Cost for the program will be $1,995 (Bali
only), with an additional $395 for the Java tour
Departures from San Francisco, New York, Chicago or Dallas can
be arranged for an additional fee.

and rindik

tours to Borobudur, Prambanan and other ancient temple sites

a tour of the Kraton Yogyakarta
an inside tour of the Mangkunegaran Palace in Solo, followed
by (if sufficient enrollment) an elegant private dinner hosted
by a member of the royal family, with special court gamelan and
dance performance
dinner in a private home in Wonogiri village, followed by a
shadow play
Special arrangements for private study can be made for those who
might wish to extend their study of gamelan, dance, or wayang in
Central Java, for a period of up to five weeks..
