Ichikawa Chikujo, master of the Japanese Tsugaru Shamisen with her 15 member ensemble of musicians and dancers. Ichikawa is Japan's last great master of the Tsugaru Shamisen or 3 stringed lute and enjoys the status of "living national treasure" in her country. 8pm Neurosciences Institute.
